Mark Dittrich

Mark brings experience advising some of the largest companies in the world on industry-altering transactions in Gibson Dunn’s corporate department to entrepreneurs, searchers, and dealmakers in small- and mid-market transactions. As you’ll soon learn, he never stops talking about being a “risk assessor.”
Mark received his JD, magna cum laude, from Georgetown Law, was elected to the Order of the Coif, and served as Articles Editor for the Georgetown Law Journal. Mark received his BA from UCLA.
Mark lives in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica and San Diego, California with his wife, Kassidi, his son, Sage, and his dog, Tipsy. He can’t do anything until he’s surfed. It’s a curse.
Máuhan Zonoozy

Máuhan has sat at every seat at the table: attorney, founder, funder, and strategist (but likes his Eames reading chair best).
Over his career, Máuhan has advised some of the world’s most influential companies from white board to IPO, including as Head of Innovation at Spotify, Partner at Boston Consulting Group and BCG Digital Ventures, and as an Attorney in Orrick’s Technology Companies Group. In prior lives, Máuhan was a successful entrepreneur and venture capitalist, and - once upon a time - a plucky music journalist.
Máuhan received his JD from Georgetown Law, where he was Managing Editor of Law Journal and a published Internet Policy researcher. Máuhan is also an Ignite Graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business and holds a dual-degree B.S.B.A., cum laude, from Georgetown University.
Máuhan’s happy place is on a chairlift.
Terren O’Connor

Terren represents private emerging companies in general corporate and transactional matters - often working with companies from formation until exit. Terren also works with leading venture capital firms on their investment transactions. Terren loves building long-term relationships with clients, guiding them through all stages of development.
Terren brings her 12 years of experience as a corporate attorney at Cooley LLP where she advised private and public companies. Before joining Cooley LLP, Terren served as a law clerk to Judge Marilyn L. Huff of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
Terren received her JD from Duke Law School and her BA from Yale University, where she played Division I volleyball.
Terren lives with her husband and four kids, and she loves skiing and hiking, especially in Sierra City, California.
Jayden Martinez

Jayden brings experience as a former corporate associate at Cooley LLP where she represented public and private companies on general corporate and transactional matters.
Jayden received her JD, magna cum laude, from University of San Diego School of Law, was elected to the Order of the Coif, and served as Lead Articles Editor for the San Diego Law Review. Jayden received her BBA from University of San Diego.
Jayden lives with her husband, two small children and their German Shephard dog in coastal North Carolina. She enjoys being outside by the water, cooking family meals and loves to laugh with her kids.
Alexandra Nesterova

Alex helps clients navigate complex transactions with focus and precision. Before joining the firm, she practiced at one of Canada’s top national law firms, advising on some of the largest cross-border M&A and private equity deals in the country and working with leading entrepreneurs, investors, and private companies. She loves the art of getting deals done and done right.
Alex received her J.D. from Queen’s University and her B.B.A. from the University of Calgary. Having lived across borders and worked across industries, she brings a global perspective and a breadth of experience to every deal.
Off the clock, you’ll find her on a yoga mat, planning her next global adventure, or spending time with her dog, Boomer. She believes that clarity and focus, in and out of the office, are key to exceptional client results.
Fernanda Felitti
Paralegal |📍 Porto Alegre, Brazil
Superpower: Due Diligence Sorcery

Fernanda brings over five years of international corporate and contract law experience to Groundswell. Before joining Groundswell, she managed legal operations in the tech industry at a global semiconductor company, where she helped build the legal department from the ground up, implementing contract lifecycle systems, negotiating complex cross-border agreements, and driving global compliance initiatives.
Fernanda earned her Bachelor of Laws from Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS) in southern Brazil, graduating with distinction, and holds specialization degrees in International Law and Contract Law. She is also a licensed attorney in Brazil.
When she’s not redlining or translating complex clauses into clarity, she can be found listening to MPB, studying a new language, swimming, or planning her next trip. Just don’t ask her to dance, she might lose her Brazilian credentials.
